Sunexpress Virtual respects the privacy of its members. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and store your personal data. Sunexpress Virtual is not a real airline — it is a non-profit community for flight simulation only and does not conduct any commercial transactions.

• Account information: Name, email address, callsign, country and timezone.
• Flight data: PIREPs (flight reports) submitted via OpsLink ACARS, landing rates, fuel usage and route information.
• Avatar: Images uploaded as a profile picture.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and session data (for security purposes).

How We Use Your Data

• Creating and managing your membership account.
• Processing flight reports (PIREPs) and calculating statistics.
• Displaying information on the roster and leaderboard pages.
• Platform announcements and news (opt-in available).
• Security, troubleshooting and system improvement.

Third-Party Sharing

Your personal data is never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties for advertising. The following exceptions apply:

Data Security

Your data is stored on servers protected by HTTPS encryption. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and never in plain text.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your data, contact your VA management team. Requests are processed within 30 days.
